Cleo Viper è l’artista Burlesque italiana più rappresentativa di un Burlesque elegante, misterioso, di chiaro richiamo agli anni ’20, inconfondibile nella sua teatralità e cura dei particolari. Una delle primissime Burlesque Performer in Italia, ha iniziato ad esibirsi nel 2007 e da allora la sua carriera si è spostata continuamente dall’Europa agli Stati Uniti, fino in Canada, Cina e Australia, portando alto il gusto e stile tipicamente italiani di ricerca e dedizione completa alla propria arte. Dal 2013 si è classificata nelle 50 figure Burlesque più influenti al mondo dal prestigioso magazine 21st Century Burlesque; fino ad essere votata Performer numero 1 in Europa nel 2015, e top 20 nel mondo. Nel 2012 e 2013 è stata l’unica Artista italiana ad essere selezionata per partecipare agli Oscar del Burlesque “Burlesque Hall Of Fame” a Las Vegas, per il titolo di Queen Of Burlesque.
Artista poliedrica e sempre in divenire ha avuto l’onore di esibirsi con musicisti di fama mondiale come Edward Sharpe And The Magnetic Zero e James Williamson, e in Italia con Vinicio Capossela e i Tre Allegri Ragazzi Morti.
Si occupa anche di formare nuove aspiranti Performers con Lezioni Individuali, Corsi e Workshops. E’ anche produttrice di eventi curati nei minimi dettagli come il famoso festival di Varietà e Burlesque a Milano “Milan Extraordinaire” insieme a Mitzy Von Wolfgang e Giorgio Marchisio e molti altri in tutta Italia.

In her fully sequinned costume, inspired by turn of the century circus artistry, and music from the masterpiece The Elephant Man.

The glittering costume unfurled to an eight foot wingspan over her lithe dancer’s mainly unclad physique festooned with tattoos. In her signature act Cleo Viper pays tribute to the women who represented the Queen Cleopatra on the big screen from the 1920’s to the 1960’s: from the enigmatic vamp Theda Bara in 1917, to the immortal beauty of Claudette Colbert in 1934, culminating in Elizabeth Taylor’s glamorous interpretation in the 1963. A sensual journey to the last few moments of the life,and death, of a legendary woman who keeps inspiring movies, legends and dreams.
